 Are MN Beauty products sold in any other retailers?

No, currently, all our products are sold online 

Are your products vegan?

Most of our products are. It will be clearly labeled under ingredients.

When will you be restocking the items that are sold out?

Sign up for our newsletter to be notified about restocks and new products.

We do also announce via social media pages; Instagram & Facebook.

Is there a purchase limit?

No there isn’t, enjoy stacking up your goodies 

Why does my product look different than the photos online?

The swatches on our website represent our colors as close as possible, however, the actual color may appear different on everyone. The results of our colors may vary because they are dependent on a number of factors, including monitor resolution and color settings, camera settings, lighting, skin tone, etc.

Does MN Beauty offer a PRO discount?

We currently do not offer a PRO discount.

I am a Beauty Blogger, does MN Beauty do any makeup sponsorships?

We don’t currently do any product sponsorships.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Will I get an order confirmation?

When an order has been placed successfully, an email order confirmation will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service department to confirm the order. 

How will my order be shipped?

All shipping is currently being handled through Royal Mail. For international orders, USPS will release the package to your country’s postal service for delivery. 

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping.

Does MN Beauty ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, MN Beauty offers shipping methods for delivery to a P.O. Box

Does MN Beauty ship internationally?

Yes, MN Beauty offers international shipping to all countries that the UK Postal Service can ship to. All international shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout.

*International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival.  Note, MN Beauty is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be reimbursed.  Please contact your local customs office for more information.

*These are estimated transit times given to us by USPS however, they are not guaranteed. Orders typically arrive as scheduled, MN Beauty is not responsible for shipping deliveries due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S.

*Selected Countries are excluded from free shipping. Unfortunately, only Priority Mail Express is available for these countries.

My order is being shipped internationally, why hasn't the tracking updated? 

First Class International service is non-traceable. Once it leaves our facility, it is no longer required to populate tracking. At the very most, it will populate until it reaches the destination country. This is why you will not see any updates.

I’ve been charged multiple times, what do I do? 

Please confirm if you received an email confirmation via email. 

If you see multiple pending charges on your bank statement they will drop off your account in a few business days depending on your bank’s institution.

Please contact your bank if you have any further questions regarding the pending charges.  Please be sure the billing address you are providing us is matching the exact billing address associated with your credit card and only click the submit button once to prevent multiple charges. 

How do I know my order has been shipped and how can I track my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is being processed, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track your order within 24 hours.

Due to high demand during new launches, orders may be delayed 4-5 business days. Thank you for your patience.

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping.

*Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments. Customers will need to open a case with Royal Mail/ USPS to open an investigation.

Why was my order shipped signature required?

If an order is over £100, MN Beauty may elect to ship the order with signature required. This is solely at MN Beauty's discretion and done to protect the buyer's purchase.  

My package was marked as delivered, but I have not received my package.

Sometimes Royal Mail/ USPS tracking information can be updated in advance and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but we recommend to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We apologise for the inconvenience, please email support@shopmnbeautyuk.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We may require you to send images of the damage or further information. Please hold on to all defective/damage product and packaging until further notice. In some cases, we may request that you return the defective product to us before a replacement is sent out to you. Replacements will be provided at the discretion of MN Beauty. Our claims department will be in contact with you to rectify the issue. 

For damaged or defective items purchased through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly.

What is your return policy?

RETURN POLICY

MN Beauty WILL GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS OF PRODUCT/S PURCHASED  FROM WWW.SHOPMNBEAUTYUK.COM THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

FINAL SALE Items

Final sale items (which are marked on your invoice) cannot be returned for return, exchange or credit. Promotions including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Final Sale purchases.

Return by Mail

At MN Beauty we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide quality product.  In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products we ask that you please include the reason for return as well as the original order number in your email.

To qualify for a return, you must email support@shopmnbeautyuk.com  within 14 days of receiving the order. All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging. Emptied or refilled item/s will not qualify for any refund.

Please contact Customer Service support@shopmnbeautyuk.com within 48 hours of receiving your package for items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped. Any item that is believed to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for that same item. Please hold on to all items until further instructed for a solution.

MN Beauty is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. MN Beauty is not responsible for lost or un-traceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Please email us for return address. 

Once the return is received and quality checked, you will receive a refund for the items minus any  shipping expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order online at your convenience.

INGREDIENTS/ANIMAL TESTING:

Our entire product line is Cruelty Free. We do NOT test on animals.

Some lip products, brushes and lashes are VeganGluten Free and Paraben Free.

All ingredients are listed for every item sold on our website.

We are Leaping Bunny & PETA certified.
